The current version of Gulp. is a single-player game that runs on your device. ND Games does not collect, transmit, sell or share personal data from the game.
Data on your device
The game stores unfinished dives, best scores, highest levels, achievements, sound and vibration preferences locally. This information is used to continue your game and remember your choices. Deleting the app can remove this data.
No advertising or tracking
The current game contains no advertisements, analytics SDKs, account system or social tracking. Gameplay requires no internet connection. It does not request your location, contacts, camera or microphone.
Young players
The game does not collect personal information from players, including children. The App Store age rating will describe the released game’s content.
This website
These pages do not add advertising, tracking scripts, cookies or embedded third-party content. Fonts, screenshots and scripts are served with the website.
The public website is hosted by OVHcloud. Its hosting service processes ordinary request information, such as IP address, requested page and browser information, to deliver and protect the website. Shared hosting may set a necessary SERVERID routing cookie lasting less than 24 hours, and provides aggregated statistics from anonymised traffic data.
OVHcloud determines technical-data retention by service. Its privacy policy describes diagnostic and security logs made available to customers with retention of up to 12 months. See OVHcloud’s privacy policy and its hosting cookie and statistics documentation.

Support contact details will be published on our support page before the App Store releases. This preview website has no contact form or newsletter signup and asks you to submit no personal information.
Changes
We will update this policy if the game’s data practices change, including before introducing features that need additional disclosures.
